Phison Electronics Corporation was established in November 2000 at the Incubator Center of Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) of Hsinchu, Taiwan. Formerly an IC design house and a system integration service provider, Phison has moved on and become a total solution provider with expertise in IC design, product development and manufacturing. Phison received its nation-wide recognition in November 2002 by winning the top "Gold Medal" award out of nearly two hundred companies in the Taiwan Incorporation Competition (TIC) organized by the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
