SFIPC on behalf of certain investors filed a civil action against Phison
in 2019, alleging that Phisons financial report for the third and fourth
quarters of the fiscal year 2014 were inaccurate. SFIPC seeks compensation
of NT$685,570,837, along with statutory interest, from Phison, and other
parties involved.Taiwan Hsinchu District Court rendered judgment that, the
plaintiff's complaint and petition for provisional attachment are both
dismissed, and the litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.
6.Handling procedure:The parties answered the complaint in accordance with
the law during court proceedings.

is operating normally. The court judgment does not influence Phisons
