2.Reason for the donation:Phison previously planned to donate funds for a
construction project at the Zhubei campus of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung
University,which was approved by the board on April 10,2024.However,due to
receiving feedback and concerns from various sectors,and considering that
Yang Ming Chiao Tung University will not proceed with administrative
operations until a consensus is reached,it was decided to terminate the
donation project.
