  The shareholder cash dividend for profit distribution is NT$3,751,904,199,
  NT$17 per share.

  The shareholder cash dividend for profit distribution is NT$3,751,904,199,
  and NT$16.96425749 is distributed per share.
4.Reason for the change:
  Due to the Company's the exercise of employee stock options, the total
  number of outstanding shares has changed.
  In accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors on
  March 6, 2026, the Chairman is authorized to adjust the dividend payout
  ratio.
5.Any other matters that need to be specified:
  The cash dividend distribution is calculated by digits (NT$1),
  no distribution below NT$1, and the sum of decimals will transferred to the
  Employees Welfare Committee of the Company.
