civil action against Phison and its former chairman Mr. Pua in 2019,
claiming that Mr. Puas director position should be removed in accordance
with Article 10-1, Section 1 and Item 2 of the Securities Investor and
Futures Trader Protection Act. Taiwan High Court rendered judgment on
January 15, 2025 that, Mr. Puas position as the director should be removed.
Phison appealed this case to Supreme Court. Now Supreme Court declared the
original judgment vacated and remanded the case to Taiwan High Court.

the law during court proceedings.

operating normally. The court judgment does not influence Phisons operation
and finance.
