4.Trading counterparty and its relationship to the
Company (if the trading counterparty is a natural
person and furthermore is not a related party of the
 Company, the name of the trading counterparty is
not required to be disclosed):Mr.Tianpai Liu is the related party of the
transaction. Mr. Tianpai Liu and one of the director of the Company have a
 first degree of relationship by marriage.

choosing the related party as trading counterparty and
the identity of the previous owner, its relationship with
 the Company and the trading counterparty, and the

 party: In order to cope with the future growth of company's scale of
operation of employees, The company intends to build a new parking lot for
use. After a comprehensive evaluation, the land use, location and size of
the land owned by the related party should meet the needs of company, and the
transaction price agreed by both parties is not higher than the final
appraisal amount by a professional real estate appraiser, and a review and
specific opinion by a professional accounting firm, the transaction price
