Except as stipulated by relevant laws and regulations, the transfer of shares buyback by the Company to its employees shall be governed by this policy.<br \/>The Company determines the number of shares that employees may acquire based on their job level, length of service, and special contributions to the company, taking into account the total amount of buyback shares held by the company on the day of the stock acquisition and the upper limit of the number of shares an individual employee can subscribe to. The actual specific subscription qualifications and quantities are determined by the Board of Directors, and shall not be delegated to the President. However, for employees with an executive managerial position, the transfer shall be first approved by the Remuneration Committee, and then submitted to the Board of Directors for resolution.
