2.2\u89c4\u683c\u3002\u76f8\u8f83\u4e8eeMMC\u7684\u534a\u53cc\u5de5\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0cUFS 2.2\u7684\u5168\u53cc\u5de5\u6a21\u5f0f\u5927\u5e45\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u4e09\u500d\u7684\u8bfb\u53d6\u901f\u5ea6\uff0c\u4e0d\u4ec5\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e94\u4ed8\u9700\u8981\u5904\u7406\u5927\u91cf\u6570\u636e\u7684\u624b\u673a\u529f\u80fd (\u4f8b\u5982\u9ad8\u5206\u8fa8\u7387\u5f55\u50cf\u4e0e\u89c6\u8baf)\uff0cUFS\u66f4\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u4e0eeMMC\u76f8\u540c\u6548\u80fd\u901f\u5ea6\u6bd4\u8f83\u7684\u524d\u63d0\u4e0b\uff0c\u8017\u7528\u8f83\u4f4e\u7684\u7535\u91cf\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u6539\u5584\u624b\u673a\u4e0e\u5e73\u677f\u8ba1\u7b97\u673a\u4e4b\u7eed\u822a\u529b\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u6ee1\u8db3\u884c\u52a8\u88c5\u7f6e (Mobile Devices) \u7684\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd\u4e0e\u4f4e\u8017\u7535\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6709\u9274\u4e8e\u6b64\u8d8b\u52bf\uff0c\u7fa4\u8054\u63a8\u51fa\u53f2\u4e0a\u6700\u9ad8\u6027\u4ef7\u6bd4\u4e4b<a href=\"https:\/\/www.phison.com\/phocadownload\/Brochure\/ProductBrochure_Consumer_UFS%20PS8327_012525.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UFS ECC\u5f15\u64ce\uff0c\u62e5\u6709\u66f4\u53ef\u9760\u4e14\u66f4\u5f3a\u5927\u7684\u7ea0\u9519\u66f4\u6b63\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u4e0d\u4ec5\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b8c\u7f8e\u5730\u652f\u6301\u591a\u5bb6NAND\u539f\u5382\u7684\u73b0\u6709NAND\u4ea7\u54c1\u89c4\u683c\uff0c\u672a\u6765\u4e5f\u5c06\u652f\u6301\u5373\u5c06\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684\u65b0\u4e16\u4ee3NAND\u4ea7\u54c1\u89c4\u683c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7fa4\u8054\u7535\u5b50\u6267\u884c\u957f\u6f58\u5065\u6210\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u7fa4\u8054\u5728UFS\u9886\u57df\u4e0a\u5df2\u8015\u8018\u8d85\u8fc7\u5341\u5e74\u7684\u7814\u53d1\u7ecf\u9a8c\uff0c\u5728\u63a7\u5236\u82af\u7247\u7684\u7814\u53d1\u3001\u9a8c\u8bc1\u4e0e\u6280\u672f\u80fd\u529b\u4e0a\uff0c\u6709\u975e\u5e38\u6df1\u539a\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u3002<a UFS\u50a8\u5b58\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u884c\u52a8\u8bbe\u5907\u5728\u5e02\u573a\u4e2d\u4e5f\u5c06\u6781\u5177\u7ade\u4e89\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5305\u542bPS8327\uff0c\u7fa4\u8054\u4eca\u5e74\u4e00\u53e3\u6c14\u63a8\u51fa\u5171\u56db\u6b3eUFS\u63a7\u5236\u82af\u7247(PS8325\u3001PS8327\u3001PS8329\u3001PS8361)\uff0c\u5168\u9762\u5347\u7ea7\u4e86UFS\u4ea7\u54c1\u7ebf\u7684\u7ade\u4e89\u529b\uff1b\u6db5\u76d6\u5165\u95e8\u3001\u4e2d\u9636\u5230\u65d7\u8230\u6b3e\u624b\u673a\uff0c\u90fd\u6709\u5bf9\u5e94\u7684\u6700\u4f73UFS\u50a8\u5b58\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u5c06\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u6240\u6709\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u4e00\u7f51\u6253\u5c3d\u3002<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a ECC\u7ea0\u9519\u5f15\u64ce\u63d0\u4f9b\u6b21\u4e16\u4ee3 NAND Flash \u6700\u4f18\u5f02\u7684\u517c\u5bb9\u6027\u4e0e\u6548\u80fd\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u6b3e\u6781\u5177\u7ade\u4e89\u529b\u7684UFS 3.1\u50a8\u5b58\u65b9\u6848\u3002PS8329\u8ba1\u5212\u4e8e\u4eca\u5e74\u516d\u6708\u4efd\u5f00\u59cb\u9001\u6837\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>UFS 4.0 2.2\u63a7\u5236\u82af\u7247\uff0c\u80fd\u5728\u5355\u4fe1\u9053\u4e14\u642d\u914d\u4f4e\u5bb9\u91cf64GB\u50a8\u5b58\u5bb9\u91cf\u7684\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u8fbe\u5230UFS 2.2 UFS 3.1 PS8325:\u00a0\u9501\u5b9a\u9ad8\u9636\u624b\u673a\u3002\u642d\u8f7dTSMC 12\u5948\u7c73\u5236\u7a0b\u52a0\u4e0a\u53cc\u901a\u9053\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u652f\u6301\u5404\u539f\u5382\u6700\u65b01Tb
