Gen3x4 NVMe SSD\u63a7\u5236\u4e3b\u63a7\u4e2d\u6d4b\u8bd5\u6548\u80fd\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u9876\u6781\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u5e76\u53d7\u5230\u591a\u5bb6\u56fd\u9645\u5ba2\u6237\u5173\u6ce8\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u8be5\u4ea7\u54c1\u4e0d\u4f46\u8fdb\u5165\u5ba2\u6237\u9001\u6837\u9636\u6bb5\uff0c\u5e76\u9884\u8ba1\u63a8\u51fa\u65b0\u7248\u672cPS5012-E12 DC\uff0c\u4ee5\u7b26\u5408\u5ba2\u6237\u5728\u4e91\u7aef\u50a8\u5b58\u3001\u8fb9\u7f18\u8fd0\u7b97\u50a8\u5b58\u4ee5\u53ca\u533a\u5757\u94fe\u9ad8\u4fdd\u5bc6\u6027\u50a8\u5b58\u7b49\u9ad8\u9636\u5e94\u7528\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7fa4\u8054\u7535\u5b50\u6f58\u5065\u6210\u8463\u4e8b\u957f\u6307\u51fa\uff0cPS5012-E12 \u662f\u7fa4\u8054\u7535\u5b50\u7b2c\u4e09\u4ee3\u7684PCIe Gen3x4 NVMe SSD\u65d7\u8230\u63a7\u5236\u4e3b\u63a7\uff0c\u6574\u5408\u4e86\u672c\u516c\u53f8\u6700\u65b0\u53ca\u6700\u5f3a\u5927\u7684\u79d1\u6280\uff0c\u5305\u542b\u4e86CoXprocessor 2.0\u3001LDPC 3.0\u3001\u4ee5\u53caDSP (\u6570\u5b57\u4fe1\u53f7\u5904\u7406\u5668\/Digital Signal Processor)\uff0c\u9ad8\u6548\u80fd\u6c34\u5e73\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u4f19\u4f34\u5ba2\u6237\u4eec\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u6700\u9002\u5408PCIe SSD\u7684\u7535\u7ade\u76f8\u5173\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u5e76\u6ee1\u8db3\u8ffd\u6c42\u6781\u81f4\u9ad8\u901f\u6548\u80fd\u7684PC\u8ba1\u7b97\u673a\u73a9\u5bb6\u4eec\u7684\u50a8\u5b58\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u7fa4\u8054\u7535\u5b50\u8d81\u80dc\u8ffd\u51fb\uff0c\u4e3a\u56e0\u5e94\u4e91\u7aef\u50a8\u5b58\u3001\u8fb9\u7f18\u8fd0\u7b97\u50a8\u5b58\u4ee5\u53ca\u533a\u5757\u94fe\u9ad8\u4fdd\u5bc6\u6027\u50a8\u5b58\u7b49\u9ad8\u9636\u5e94\u7528\u9700\u6c42\u6301\u7eed\u6210\u957f\u8d8b\u52bf\uff0c\u5c06\u9488\u5bf9PS5012-E12\u63a8\u51fa\u65b0\u7684\u6570\u636e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7248\u672c\u76ee\u524d\u4ee3\u53f7\u4e3aPS5012-E12 DC\u3002\u9884\u8ba1\u900f\u8fc7\u4f18\u5316PS5012\u63a7\u5236\u4e3b\u63a7\u97e7\u4f53\uff0c\u65b0\u7248\u672cPS5012-E12DC\u80fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u4f18\u5316\u7684\u8010\u7528\u5ea6 (endurance)\u3001\u4f4e\u7b49\u5f85\u65f6\u95f4 (low latency)\u3001\u53ca\u7a33\u5b9a\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u6548\u80fd (sustained performance)\u5c06\u53ef\u52a9\u529b\u5ba2\u6237\u53d1\u5c55\u4f01\u4e1a\u670d\u52a1\u5668\u7b49\u9ad8\u9636\u50a8\u5b58\u5e02\u573a\u7248\u56fe\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u7fa4\u8054\u7535\u5b50\u7814\u53d1\u56e2\u961f\u7684\u5171\u540c\u52aa\u529b\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0cPS5012-E12DC SSD\u63a7\u5236\u4e3b\u63a7\u5728\u6548\u80fd\u4e0a\u5df2\u7ecf\u63a5\u8fd1PCIe Gen3x4\u76844GB\/s \u5e26\u5bbd\u7406\u8bba\u503c\uff0c\u4e0d\u4ec5\u6548\u80fd\u8fdc\u80dc\u4e8e\u5e02\u9762\u4e0a\u6240\u6709\u540c\u7b49\u7ea7\u4ea7\u54c1 (\u8fde\u7eed\u8bfb\u5199\u8fbe\u5230 3400 MB\/s\u53ca3000 MB\/s, \u968f\u673a\u8bfb\u5199\u8fbe\u5230 600K IOPS)\uff0c\u6700\u9ad8\u5bb9\u91cf\u66f4\u8fbe\u5230\u4e868TB\uff0c\u4e14\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86M.2, U.2, \u53caAIC\u7b49\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5916\u89c2\u5c3a\u5bf8\uff0c\u5c06\u53ef\u5b8c\u7f8e\u7b26\u5408\u76ee\u524d\u6700\u706b\u7ea2\u7684\u7535\u7ade\u53ca\u9ad8\u9636PC\/NB\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u7531\u7fa4\u8054\u7535\u5b50\u521b\u65b0\u5f00\u53d1\u7684CoXprocessor 2.0\u6280\u672f\u4e0d\u4ec5\u8ba9PS5012-E12 SSD\u63a7\u5236\u4e3b\u63a7\u7684\u8fde\u7eed\u5199\u5165\u6548\u80fd\u8fbe\u5230\u4e86\u9886\u5148\u4e1a\u754c\u7684\u8d85\u9ad8\u901f\u5883\u754c\uff0c\u800c600K IOPS\u76844K\u968f\u673a\u8bfb\u5199\u6548\u80fd\u66f4\u662f\u5728\u6d88\u8d39\u578bSSD\u63a7\u5236\u4e3b\u63a7\u5e02\u573a\u524d\u6240\u672a\u89c1\u7684\u9ad8\u6807\u6c34\u5e73\u3002<\/p>\n<p>PS5012-E12\u63a7\u5236\u4e3b\u63a7\u91c7\u7528\u5148\u8fdb\u768428\u5948\u7c73\u5236\u7a0b\uff0c\u4e14\u914d\u7f6e\u4e86\u4e13\u4e3a\u6700\u65b0\u76843D TLC\u95ea\u5b58\u6280\u672f\u7684\u9ad8\u6574\u5408\u3001\u4f4e\u529f\u8017\u7684\u7b2c\u4e09\u4ee3LDPC\u9664\u9519\u5f15\u64ce (LDPC 3.0 ECC Engine)\uff0c\u6b64ECC\u9664\u9519\u5f15\u64ce\u6280\u672f\u8fd8\u80fd\u652f\u6301\u4e0b\u4e00\u4ee3\u7684\u95ea\u5b58\u6280\u672f3D QLC\uff0c\u662f\u7fa4\u8054\u7535\u5b50\u76ee\u524d\u6700\u65b0\u7684ECC\u6280\u672f\u3002\u800c\u6700\u9ad8\u5bb9\u91cf\u80fd\u8fbe\u52308TB (32 CE\/Chip Enable)
