Regulatory Compliance
To implement professional ethics and regulatory compliance systems, the Group has established a Legal Affairs Office as the consultation unit for internal legal risk assessments. In addition to reviewing contracts and handling legal litigation-related matters, the Office is also committed to complying with international standards and the laws and regulations established by local governments where the Group operates. In 2025, the Group was not subject to any fines and convictions imposed by competent authorities for violations of public regulations related to the economy, corruption and bribery, labor human rights, environment, occupational health and safety, or fire safety, nor was it involved in any litigation related to anti-competitive behavior, antitrust, or monopoly practices.
The Group provides relevant regulatory compliance training each year for new employees and incumbent employees, including “Information Security,” “Trade Secret Advocacy,” “Five EU Regulations,” and “Patent System,” in order to enhance employees’ awareness of relevant regulations upon employment.
