Phison has participated in the Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment(CSA) led by S&P Global, an international sustainability rating agency, for many years in a row. This year, Phison was selected as a member of the " 2023 Sustainability Yearbook " for the first time, representing the recognition for our efforts in ESG.

The Global Sustainability Yearbook is one of the most indicative ESG publications in the world. The "2023 Sustainability Yearbook" is based on the 2022 CSA score and comprehensively scores the three major aspects of environment, society, and governance and economy. Taking the evaluation of the semiconductor and semiconductor equipment industry as an example, the environmental dimension accounted for 34% of the scores, the social dimension accounted for 27%, and the governance and economic dimension accounted for 39%. Finally, 18 of the 185 evaluated semiconductor companies in the world were selected to be included in the "2023 Sustainability Yearbook".

Although Phison was not awarded the honors of Gold Class distinction (Top 1%), Silver Class distinction (Top 5%) and Bronze Class distinction (Top 10%), it has made remarkable improvement in the environmental part and governance and economic part. The total score has risen steadily from 25 points in 2019 to 75 points in 2022, which shows our efforts and support for ESG. In the future, Phison will continue to improve various sustainable projects, focus on the impact that the technology industry can bring, and create sustainable shared value.
