The number of confirmed cases of Covid-19 increased sharply in May. In order to protect the health and safety of existing employees and minimize the risk of infection, while taking into account the company’s integrity and taking care of the livelihoods of employees accepted but not yet reported, the company decided to postpone reporting date but pay salaries normally. The new employees who should report in mid-May are postponed until June 1. However, the salary during this period will be added into their June salary. At present, there are 48 employees who have postponed procedure for reporting-for-duty, and the company will give a compensation salary of about 1.4 million.

In order to capture outstanding talents, meet the company's production capacity needs, equip employees with the skills required by their positions as early as possible, and take into account the epidemic prevention, the company currently adopts online reporting and arranges new employees who on-board after June work from home or accept training at home. The MIS department will prepare computer equipment and related information permissions before new employees report, and the HR department conducts new employees orientation through E-learning courses. Supervisors from each department prepare their own training materials and SOPs, providing training or assigning work to new employees through E-learning and online meetings.
